Jetpatcher™ Products and Equiptment
The Jetpatcher™ Road Repair machines come in a range of sizes from 3 to 10 cubic yard capacity.
Series 2500 – truck mounted units, 3 to 10 cubic yard capacity
Series 1000 – truck & trailer mounted units, 2 to 4 cubic yard capacity
Series 800 – trailer mounted units, no aggregate hopper, aggregate carried by towing truck
Jetpatcher™ Optional extras include:
- Air assisted first arm
- 110/220 volt overnight heating
- Split hopper for sand (larger hoppers only)
- Spreader box (for the 2500 series units only)
- Remote camera with LCD monitor
- Remote hydraulic outlet for hydraulic tools
- Compactor with transport tray fitted
- Sand hopper filler bin - for ease of filling sand hopper (if fitted)
- CE compliance
- Services of a commissioning engineer
All units use the jet delivery system with no moving parts and minimal maintenance. Delivery rate for each type of unit is a minimum of 3 cubic yard per hour.
Standard compontents for Jetpatchers include:
- Hopper
- Emulsion tank
- Pressurised tanks for water and kerosene for cleaning, dampening dry aggregate, purging emulsion lines and spraying
- High volume air blower for aggregate flow
- Easily accessible controls
- Patented aggregate feed system
- Auxiliary engine
- Placement boom / delivery hose with jet distributor unit
- Low noise enclosures and air flow silencing
- Standard units complete with sign rack, toolbox, rear step, mudguards
